We ship worldwide Monday through Saturday from our warehouses in the United States, China, Brazil, Germany, France, Italy, Philippines, Malaysia, India. Orders placed on Sunday or Holidays will be processed on next business day. If the items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by email.
After your payment has been processed and your order request received, we ask for 1–4 business days for verification and quality control of the product. After that the package will be shipped from the warehouse of our provider, and we will notify you by email with all the delivery information.
The average shipping time is 9–23 business days.
Please note that we have suppliers from all over the world. It means that the delivery can be carried out from the warehouses located in different countries and sometimes the delivery can take more time than specified in average delivery time. It's related to the postal service which carries out the delivery.
Besides, sometimes other conditions can make influence on a shipping time, such as weather, holidays, Covid-19, etc.
Please also note that orders made during major international holidays (e.g. Christmas or New Year, etc) may affect delivery. That's why we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of your purchase.

We ship worldwide for FREE, but please keep in mind that in some countries in rare cases, some custom fees, duties, taxes, postage fees, import duties, etc., can be applied in accordance with the legislation of these countries. These possible additional costs (on average 1–3 dollars) can be collected at the moment of delivery and the buyer is fully responsible for all extra costs.
