We want you to be our happy customer and we will do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our main goal.
Returns & Refunds is a GUARANTEE provided by Zorket.com for each product sold by Zorket. If you received a product that you bought from Zorket.com and you found that it is not as described or it’s a poor-quality product, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue. You will be able to exchange your product or request a full refund.
Guaranteed Protection Period
You can return the items sold by Zorket within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You can do this by sending a message to our support team. After that, you will have to return your merchandise. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that returned products will be inspected before refund is processed. Once we receive the merchandise we will credit funds to your bank account within 10 business days. We will notify you by email once your refund is complete.
Scope of Guarantee
All products on Zorket.com have a guarantee for a full refund. Any product bought through the Web-site is protected if the items you received are not as described.
The following situations are not included: 1. Item claimed to be not as described, but we can prove that it is. 2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
Bear in mind that all sizes specified in our store are the US standard clothes sizes. But some country size charts are different from the US standards. That’s why it is possible that the size in our chart and the size on the label can be different. This doesn’t mean that you received the wrong size, just try it on. In this case we will not consider your claim for return.
Please note that we are not a manufacturer of the products in our store. We are a trading platform where the products of our suppliers are listed. That’s why we cannot guarantee refund if there is no valuable reasons for return (e.g. the customer has chosen wrong size or changed his mind). But we assure you we do our best to help customers in resolving such issues.
